Achimota is Atterbury’s third retail venture in Ghana. The 19 075 m² Accra Mall was acquired in 2012 and construction on the 27 700 m² West Hills Mall commenced in 2013.
Completion of Achimota Retail is expected by March 2016.

The Centre will trade on a single level with a variety of convenience retail, fashion and a restaurant/food court supported with ample open and covered parking and will have a total site area of 3.59 Ha.
