Description:
The Grove Mall of Namibia is Windhoek and Namibia’s first regional mall. Measuring 52 089m², it is also the largest shopping centre ever to be developed in the country. This iconic mall opened its doors to the public in October 2014.
The Grove, as locals affectionately refer to it, is situated within the Hilltop mixed-use estate in Kleine Kuppe, Windhoek. Kleine Kuppe and surrounds is currently the fastest growth node in Windhoek. Conveniently, the mall has easy access from almost all suburbs in Namibia’s capital as well as to both international airports.
The primary focus of the mall is on retail and entertainment. A number of contemporary restaurants with outside seating under the African sky, provide spectacular views of Windhoek. This mixed-use development incorporates a hotel, movie theatre, medical facility and a health and fitness centre, cementing it as the destination of choice for both locals and tourists.
The mall is anchored by Game, Checkers, Spar, Woolworths (including textiles and food) and Edgars. Other prominent brands represented are Jet, Tekkie Town, Pep, Ackermans, Jay Jay’s, Legit, Sportsmans Warehouse, Dis-Chem, FNB, Standard Bank, Bank of Windhoek, Clicks, Spar, Wimpy, Poetry, Cotton On and ToysRus.
