The design of the proposed R18 million warehouse for Wirtgen, a German manufacturer and distributor of heavy duty road construction equipment, meets the client’s operational requirements.
The warehouse comprises of a structural steel structure in a combination of sheet cladding and brickwork and will be fitted with an overhead crane, a rainwater harvesting system and solar geysers.
