Description:

Construction work on a $48 million Garden City Mall Project, in Kumasi, initiated by the Methodist Church, Ghana commenced, and Project Managers Diagonal Projects Africa (DPA) have implemented the OnSiteIMS System as the information management & collaboration platform for the project.

The approx. 20 000m², to be sited on a 14-acre land at the Suame Roundabout, Kumasi, comes with a clinic, pharmacy and beauty shop, banks, restaurants, car park and cinema hall.

The project is expected to take approximately 18 months to complete once construction starts. To be situated close to the Suame Roundabout in Kumasi, the three-story shopping mall would have amenities such as shops, car park and escalators.

Expected to serve as a one-stop shop for consumers and boost business activities in the Kumasi Metropolis, it is being implemented by the Church in partnership with the Accra Shopping Mall Limited and some foreign investors.
