This will be a state of-the art hospital and has been identified as one of the regional hospitals in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga.

The District Health System has been adopted as the vehicle to deliver Comprehensive Primary Health Care Services in South Africa. These services include community based services, services available at mobile or fixed clinics and community health centres. District hospitals also form part of the district health system in the new policy.
