The Lagos-American Speciality Hospital was created so that doctors will be able to care for patients in a state-of-the-art medical facility located in Nigeria.

National Cathedral Ghana (R3,9 Billion) Accra, Ghana –

The National Cathedral will house 5000 people with a further capacity of 10 000 more in the wings to the side of the podium.

The combination of its sheer scale, complex geometry and large spans adds to the engineering challenge of delivering a building in a seismic prone area, making it a unique project across Ghana’s emerging landscape.

Pullman Hotel (R1,4 Billion) in Accra, Ghana

The Pullman Hotel is a joint development between Platinum Properties and Accor Hotel Group.

Due to open in Accra’s Airport City in 2022, the project will be the West African country’s first dual-hospitality offering.
